We hiked up to Timpanogos caves with our great friends The Ireland's. It was a beautiful day with perfect weather. It was 1 1/2 miles up to the caves on a paved trail, with 1160 elevation gain to the caves. It was a little scary with the sheer drop offs so we had a close eye on the kids and had Haley in the backpack most of the way.

Haley was all tuckered out.... now we all had to hike down the 1 1/2 miles back down. Hiking up was way easier then hiking down. The tops of my feel hurt for a few days. It was such a fun hike, weather was perfect, people were perfect all around a great trip!
