We decided to update our house a bit. We put wood floors in from the front entry to the kitchen, in the kitchen then down the hall to the garage. We decided to go with the real sand and finish kind of wood because I have a cousin who does it. It was a lot of work. We had to rip out the carpet,
linoleum, tile. After they installed the wood they sanded and glazed it 3 times!! 3 separate days, no walking on. We lived in the basement for the last week. While we were at it we decided to paint the bathrooms and my brother James installed the tile, I love it. Here are some pics.

WOW, WOW, WOW!!! That looks so amazing. Really updates the house nicely and you can tell that those are some really nice wood floors! Even painted the bathrooms too! Can't wait to come out there next year for the baby blessing and see it all!
It looks absolutely beautiful Adam and Lizzy! It's so nice that you have family there to help out. It's always good to have extra hands! Home improvement projects are always the best in the "after" stage, when everything is done.
